Back to German class or bust.

Happy Friday my friends! I'm sure you are all pleased the weekend is upon us now that you have endured that dreadful post holiday return to school, work, etc. I, on the other hand, have been living in a state of constant weekend - but, tragically, this is about to change.

I have been given an ultimatum by the German government, they have apparently had enough of my laissez faire 'tude and told me to get a job or get out! I am, of course, exaggerating a little but since my 90 day tourist visit is coming to a close I can't hang around in Deutschland any more unless I go to school or get a job. So I am headed back to German class next week. I am feeling quite excited about it actually - I am going to a new school this time and will be in the Level 2 class - Ooooh! Anyways, the new class starts next Thursday and I got the last spot so there should be about 20 or so people in the class! I really hope there are some cool kids this time. My last class was a lovely group of people but no lasting friendships were made.

I wanted to apologize that my last few posts haven't been very travel related! I've settled into a pretty regular routine since Spain so there hasn't been too much excitement on my end. Very sorry. I am going to make up for it by doing lots of cool things before I leave so I can blog about them for your reading pleasure! We are going to visit Berlin, Munich, Trier, and maybe even a quick trip to Belgium. Max and I are also going to attend a professional soccer  football game later this month, which I am unusually excited for. I'm not really a big sports fan but I think it will be a fun and very German thing to do while I am here.
